Does AI act without my approval?
No. The Agent is an assistant: every action it prepares waits for your approval. The only thing that runs by itself is what you switch on yourself, such as AI chat replies when your team has not answered in time, and a person can take over any chat or call.
Is WhatsApp on the official API?
Yes. Starter, Premium and Enterprise include the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta for chats and broadcasts, with approved templates: one official number per brand. In the free trial you connect WhatsApp by QR code.
What is billed separately?
Your Meta ad budget stays in your own ad account. WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta, and call minutes and phone numbers are paid to your own Plivo or Twilio account. Your plan price covers the platform and your AI credits.
